Klimentská 5, Petrská čtvrť
A modern project located in the heart of Prague. Klimentská Residence is built in a style that corresponds to the surrounding architecture while meeting the demanding requirements of modern living.
KorunnĂ 73, Vinohrady
The house offers a balanced combination of cosmopolitan city living and divine tranquility behind the doors of the new residence. A costly and precise reconstruction of the entire property has been carried out.
In the Project of the Year competition, this building scored three winning plaques. Specifically, the Jury Award, the Public Choice Award, and the Architects’ Award.
Žitná 14, Nové Město
In the center of Prague, on Ĺ˝itná Street, stands a historic house where the famous composer AntonĂn Dvořák lived and worked. Thanks to the careful reconstruction of the original building, a modern rental house with valuable historical elements has been built.
Veletržnà 55, Holešovice
A first-class residential project that combines a modern approach to living with classic 20th-century architecture. This project offers a balanced combination of urban life and tranquility, with an emphasis on perfect reconstruction and the selection of quality materials.
Ječná 7, Nové Město
The house at Ječná 7, originally built in 1913, has been transformed into premium apartments and non-residential spaces thanks to a complete reconstruction. In the 2023 Project of the Year competition, it received two awards, the Public Choice Award and the Jury Award.
