How does the initial meeting work?
We strive to work efficiently and save your time. The first meeting takes place directly in the selected building (property/project) with our sales manager who will answer all questions and show you the units you have selected and, if necessary, recommend other, more suitable units.
What should we prepare for the initial meeting?
You do not need to bring anything to the meeting. The dealers have all the materials with them on iPad, show you everything on the spot, and send you an e-mail with selected documents during the tour.
How long does the initial meeting roughly take?
The tour usually takes about 30 minutes.
We are interested in printed materials to review? Can we get them from you?
We are trying to think green and primarily transmit materials electronically. On request, we also have everything in classic printed materials.
We already have some experience with the property development companies, how will you ensure that it will be different with you?
We absolutely understand. This is why we have set out 7 pillars that we believe sufficiently differentiate us from other property developers in the market. We also received 5 medals in the Project of the Year 2021 competition.
What comes after the first face-to-face meeting, assuming we liked you? Please advise what the next steps will be.
If you are interested, we will send you a draft contractual document and fix a date for signing the contract in our office in Karlín. If you need some time to think about it, your new colleague will contact you within 3 days to discuss the next steps with you.

As a developer, what services do you offer?
We primarily specialise in the reconstruction of historical buildings in the centre of Prague and the subsequent sale of apartments. Secondarily, we also rent apartments in the centre of Prague.
What is the key to selecting your future projects?
Location is important to us – we specialise in the wider centre of Prague where it is a secure investment and the value of the property will increase over time without significant price fluctuations. Another criterion is the purchase price, which must make sense to us because the subsequent reconstruction is very detailed and of high quality and, thereby, expensive.
What is the approximate price of your apartments for sale in the centre of Prague?
The average price for an apartment is around CZK 5 million. It depends on the location and size of the apartment, of course. Generally, cheaper or smaller apartments sell very quickly and we recommend making a timely decision for these apartments.
Is it true that the prices of apartments in the centre of Prague are “exorbitant” for normal citizens of the country and, therefore, only foreigners buy them?
We dare to contradict this. More than 80% of our clients are currently from the Czech Republic. We have clients for whom we found a beautiful and inspiring place to live in the centre of Prague at a reasonable price. Both Czechs and people from abroad buy apartments in the centre of Prague.
What about financing the purchase of an apartment? Can you help us?
We work with financial advisers who are familiar with our projects and can recommend a specific bank to a client. So we can contact you and the adviser and help you with funding.
How long does the whole successful process of buying an apartment from you approximately take?
The time varies depending on the stage of the project. Whether it is a pre-sale and the reconstruction has not yet started or the project has already been completed and we are selling the finished units. If the purchase is made right at the beginning of the project, the whole process takes around 18 months. If the unit has already been completed, we can even handle the process from signing the reservation contract to handing over the unit within 2 months.
In what condition are the new and renovated apartments furnished?
The apartments are renovated in white wall condition – completely furnished bathroom, new floors, new or refurbished windows and doors. We always choose furnishings of a high standard, most often from Villeroy&Boch, Laufen, Armani, etc.
